Two forms of identification will be required before commencement of hire, eg driving licence, passport or recent utilities bill.
Payment (hire charge) in full is required before commencement of hire.
In addition to the hire charge a refundable deposit of £120.00 (cash) per coolbox will be required. The coolbox will not be released to the customer without this deposit.
In the event of loss or damage to the coolbox the customer will forfeit the £120.00 deposit.
In the event of loss or damage to any of the inner foodboxes, the customer will forfeit the equivalent replacement value of any such box.
In the event of any loss or damage to any of the icepacks the customer will forfeit the equivalent replacement value of such icepack.
The hirer will be liable to a surcharge equivalent to 1 days hire should the coolbox not be available for collection at the agreed time, and for any 24 hour period thereafter.
The CoolBox Hire Company reserve the right to alter prices without prior notification.
